TKD announced that in order to optimize resource allocation, reduce operating costs, and improve the company's management efficiency, it agreed to have its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Jingxin Frequency Control Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. absorb and merge with its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Taiqing Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. After the absorption and merger is completed, Chongqing Jingxin will continue to operate as the absorbing party, while Chongqing Taiqing will be legally dissolved as the merged party, and all debts and claims of Chongqing Taiqing will be assumed by Chongqing Jingxin
