Ningbo Energy announced that the company plans to increase its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wangjiang Ningneng Thermal Power Co., Ltd., by 32 million yuan. Before the increase, Wangjiang Thermal Power's registered capital was 163 million yuan, which will rise to 195 million yuan after the increase. This capital increase has been approved by the board of directors and does not need to be submitted for shareholder meeting approval, nor does it constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring
