# Ningbo Energy's subsidiary Kofeng Thermal Power plans to list and transfer part of its fixed assets

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Energy (600982.SH) announced that in order to effectively improve the operational efficiency of the units and enhance the power peak regulation guarantee capability, its wholly-owned subsidiary Kefeng Thermal Power plans to implement the Phase II unit equipment upgrade and renovation project, while dismantling the original Phase II unit, as the dismantled assets have no utilization value for Kefeng Thermal Power. Kefeng Thermal Power intends to publicly transfer the dismantled Phase II unit and its related warehouse spare parts at a listing price of 17.4372 million yuan based on the assessed value.

This transfer is beneficial for improving the asset quality and operational efficiency of Kefeng Thermal Power. If the Phase II unit is left idle for a long time after dismantling, it will lead to asset loss. Timely transfer can obtain a higher market value, thereby reducing losses
