ECT: Four senior executives plan to reduce their shareholdings

ECT announced that General Manager and Board Secretary Nie Chengwen, and Deputy General Manager Yin Xuyin plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 15,000 shares, accounting for 0.004% of the company's total share capital. Deputy General Manager Wang Xinkun plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 66,000 shares, accounting for 0.016% of the company's total share capital. Deputy General Manager Zhang Ziran plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 78,000 shares, accounting for 0.019% of the company's total share capital. The reduction method will be centralized bidding transactions, and the reduction period will be from June 27, 2025, to September 26, 2025
