According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GRKJ (300600.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder Mr. Gong Ruiliang plans to reduce his holdings of 8.827 million shares of the company (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement of this plan
