According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhonggu Logistics (603565.SH) announced that it recently received notifications from shareholders Gu Ze Investment and Gu Yang Investment. Gu Ze Investment plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding, not exceeding 11.552 million shares, which is no more than 0.55% of the company's total share capital; Gu Yang Investment plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading, not exceeding 51.4499 million shares, which is no more than 2.45% of the company's total share capital
