# TRUST&FAR TECH plans to grant 9.4318 million restricted shares at a grant price of 5.73 yuan/share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TRUST&FAR TECH (300231.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 9.4318 million restricted stocks, with no more than 99 recipients of the incentive. The grant price of the restricted stocks is RMB 5.73 per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of granting the restricted stocks until the date when all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients are fully vested or become invalid, not exceeding 36 months
