# HCNC plans to sell its remaining 32% stake in Changzhou Huashu Jinming to control operational risks

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HCNC (300161.SZ) stated that the company plans to transfer its remaining 32% equity in the affiliated company Changzhou Huashu Jinming. Specifically, the company intends to transfer 27% equity held by Jiangsu Jinming to Wuhan Zhuoer Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhuoer Venture Capital") and 5% equity held by Jiangsu Jinming to Zhibo Junhe. After negotiations with the parties involved, the transaction amount with Zhuoer Venture Capital is determined to be RMB 22.4557 million; the transaction amount with Zhibo Junhe is RMB 4.1585 million. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold equity in the target company. This transaction is beneficial for the company to control operational risks and allocate resources reasonably
