Discovery Dream Science & Technology plans to jointly invest with Sichuan Guanshang Development through its wholly-owned subsidiary to establish Sichuan Shengshi Rongchuang Technology Co., Ltd. Shengshi Ronghe will invest 510,000 yuan for a 51% stake, while Guanshang Development will invest 490,000 yuan for a 49% stake. The joint venture will leverage both parties' advantages in core information technology to promote the application of new generation information technology in the digital economy, assisting in the expansion of business operations.
