# Two executives of Foxit Software plan to reduce their holdings in the company

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Foxit Software (688095.SH) has released a notice stating that the company's director and vice president Zhai Pujiang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 50,000 shares (accounting for 0.0547% of the company's current total share capital) within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, based on his own funding needs and market conditions, through centralized bidding and/or block trading.

The company's board secretary and financial officer Li Weilan also plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5,800 shares (accounting for 0.0063% of the company's current total share capital) within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, based on his own funding needs and market conditions, through centralized bidding trading
