According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RYC (003010.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from LANCY regarding the plan to reduce its holdings in Guangzhou RYC Technology Co., Ltd. LANCY plans to reduce its shareholding in the company through centralized bidding and/or block trading, with a total reduction not exceeding 4.7681 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
