# OJing Tech: WanZhao HuiGu plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of its shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, OJing Tech (001269.SZ) announced that its shareholder Tianjin Wanzhao Huigu Real Estate Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Wanzhao Huigu), which holds 17.14% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.7722 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
