# HES: Termination of the transfer of a new energy equity

According to the announcement from HES (002963.SZ), Mr. Liu Yong previously disclosed his intention to repurchase 0.71% equity of Yida New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yida New Energy") held by the company and transfer the repurchased equity to the acquirer of the controlling stake in the target company.

After the signing of the "Repurchase Agreement," all parties actively promoted the relevant work of equity transfer. However, since the conditions for the agreement to take effect were ultimately not met, all parties amicably negotiated and signed the "Termination Agreement of the Equity Repurchase Agreement of Yida New Energy Technology Co., Ltd." on June 9, 2025, deciding to terminate this equity transfer matter
