# SRBG plans to acquire the bridge component asset group of XINZHU CORPORATION

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sichuan Road and Bridge (600039.SH) plans to acquire 100% equity of Chengdu Xinzhu Transportation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinzhu Jiao Ke) held by its related party Chengdu Xinzhu Road and Bridge Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinzhu Corporation) through cash payment, along with other assets and liabilities related to the bridge functional components business of Xinzhu Corporation.

This acquisition is beneficial for the company to layout its bridge functional components business, achieve positive synergy with its bridge engineering construction business, strengthen its technological and process advantages in bridges, and enhance its market expansion capabilities and competitiveness. The company can optimize supply chain management while strengthening cost control, promoting the stable development of its main engineering construction business
