According to the announcement from Hongpai New Material (605366.SH), Xinyu Baolong plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 18.9 million shares, accounting for no more than 2.9763% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the disclosure of this reduction plan, starting from 15 trading days after the announcement (i.e., from July 2, 2025, to October 1, 2025) through centralized bidding and/or block trading
