# HNHS plans to acquire 100% equity of Yixin Technology and will suspend trading starting tomorrow

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HNHS (600156.SH) announced that the company is planning to acquire 100% equity of Shenzhen Yixin Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yixin Technology" or "the target company") through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and also intends to issue shares to raise matching funds. Preliminary calculations indicate that this transaction constitutes a major asset reorganization as defined by the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies," but does not constitute a restructuring listing. This transaction will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and constitutes a related party transaction. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting June 10, 2025 (Tuesday), with an expected suspension period of no more than 10 trading days
