HAILIANG announced that the company completed its share repurchase on May 30, 2025, repurchasing a total of 48.8146 million shares, accounting for 2.4428% of the company's total share capital, with a maximum transaction price of 11.13 yuan/share and a minimum transaction price of 8.74 yuan/share, for a total transaction amount of 500 million yuan. The repurchased shares are intended for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans, and if not implemented within 36 months, they will be legally canceled
