# RUIFENG CHEM's Secretary of the Board Zhao Ziyang has been placed under investigation by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for suspected insider trading

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RUIFENG CHEM (300243.SZ) announced that on June 9, 2025, the company's board secretary, Mr. Zhao Ziyang, received a notification that he had received the "Notice of Case Filing" (No. 0042025007) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") on June 9, 2025. According to the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and regulations, the CSRC decided to file a case against Mr. Zhao Ziyang for suspected insider trading
