VONESEALS: Plans to acquire 49% equity of Shanghai Jianuo for 204 million yuan

VONESEALS announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 204 million yuan to acquire a total of 49% equity in Shanghai Jianuo held by other shareholders. After the completion of this transaction, the company's equity stake in Shanghai Jianuo will increase from 51% to 100%. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization or a reorganization listing. The counterparties include Lei Yuanfang, Lei Bo, Li Xiyuan, Shanghai Yuanmo, Chen Xu, Li Houning, Gu Niannian, Guangzhou Chuangyin, Zhong Huifang, and Huang Yanshan. From January to May 2025, Shanghai Jianuo achieved an operating income of 147 million yuan and a net profit of 30.3681 million yuan
