# BANGJIE: Tao Jianwei and Tao Shiqing's shareholding ratio has decreased to 15.23%

BANGJIE announced that the information disclosure obligors Tao Jianwei and Tao Shiqing reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 9.187 million shares through block trading on January 16, 2023, accounting for 2% of the company's total share capital. In addition, on May 30, 2025, Tao Jianwei and his concerted actor Tao Shiqing signed the "Share Transfer Agreement" and "Voting Rights Entrustment Agreement" with Shanghai Qishuo, transferring 10.1 million shares to Shanghai Qishuo and entrusting the voting rights of the remaining 68.488 million shares to Shanghai Qishuo for exercise. After the change in equity, the shareholding ratio of Tao Jianwei and his concerted actor decreased to 15.23%
