According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Eontec (300328.SZ) announced that the company's general manager, Mr. Li Weirong, holds 1.8025 million shares of the company (accounting for 0.2611% of the total share capital). He plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 450,000 shares through centralized bidding trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for no more than 0.0652% of the total share capital and not exceeding 25% of his total shareholdings
