Changyu A announced that its subsidiary Francs Champs Participations SAS intends to transfer 100% equity of the French company ETABLISSEMENTS ROULLET FRANSAC for €2.6 million and transfer real estate related to the company Furlando for €2.2 million, totaling the transfer to the French ELIOR GROUP SA. This move aims to focus on the development of the domestic high-end brandy brand "Keya," optimize asset structure, and improve operational efficiency
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Changyu A (000869.SZ) announced that its subsidiary, Francs Champs Participations SAS, intends to sell its 100% equity in the French company ETABLISSEMENTS ROULLET FRANSAC for €2.6 million. The company also plans to transfer real estate related to the production and operation of the French company Fulongdu for €2.2 million to the French company ELIOR GROUP SA.
The listed company stated that its domestic brandy has made significant progress, and the product quality can now fully compete with French Cognac products. In order to focus more on the development of the domestic high-end brandy brand "Keya," the company has decided to transfer its equity in Fulongdu. This will also help the company accelerate the pace of asset disposal, optimize its asset structure, better recover funds, and improve operational efficiency
