# SANFO OUTDOOR's private placement stock application has been approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SANFO OUTDOOR (002780.SZ) announced that on June 9, 2025, it received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the "Review Center's Opinion Notification Letter on Beijing SANFO Outdoor Products Co., Ltd.'s Application for Issuing Stocks to Specific Objects." The issuance and listing review agency of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange reviewed the company's application documents for issuing stocks to specific objects and believes that the company meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. Subsequently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will report to the China Securities Regulatory Commission to carry out the relevant registration procedures as required
