# SUNVIM: The holding subsidiary SUNVIM Xuanwei has obtained the ship coating certification

SUNVIM announced that its controlling subsidiary, Shandong Sunvim Xuanwei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., recently obtained the factory recognition certificate from China Classification Society, certificate number QD23PWA00050. The marine heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating materials sector that Sunvim Xuanwei is laying out includes ship coatings as one of the key development areas. The classification society certification is a prerequisite for Sunvim Xuanwei to enter the ship coatings field, which will help expand the ship coatings market, increase business coverage, and scale up operations, positively impacting operational performance.
