HAIMO announced that the company's controlling shareholder Shandong New Journey and the actual controller Mr. Su Zhancai are planning matters related to the transfer of company equity and changes in control. The counterparty is an individual, and it is expected that after the transaction is completed, the counterparty will obtain no less than 5.00% of the company's total share capital and the voting rights corresponding to 22.39% of the shares. After the completion of this equity transfer, it may lead to a change in the company's control.
