# BOTON TECHNOLOGY plans to transfer 98% equity of BOTON R&D, with an equity transfer price of 98 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BOTON TECHNOLOGY (300031.SZ) plans to sign a "Wuxi BOTON Technology Research and Development Co., Ltd. Equity Transfer Agreement" with Wuxi Xintie Machinery Co., Ltd. ("Wuxi Xintie") to transfer 98% of the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuxi BOTON Technology Research and Development Co., Ltd. ("BOTON R&D") for a transfer price of 98 million yuan.

This transaction is a long-term decision made by the company based on its actual operating conditions and future strategic deployment, aiming to optimize the asset structure, focus on its main business, and enhance efficiency, thereby supporting the company's long-term stable development.
