# SHENNONG SEED plans to raise no more than 144 million yuan through a private placement

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SHENNONG SEED (300189.SZ) plans to issue shares to specific targets through a simplified procedure, raising a total amount not exceeding 144 million yuan (including the principal). The net amount raised after deducting issuance costs will be used entirely for: the demonstration and promotion project of "good varieties + good methods" for rapeseed and to supplement working capital
