# The three shareholders of EEAE plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 3.84% of the shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Emerging Equipment (002933.SZ) announced that Mr. Dai Yue, a shareholder holding 16.14% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.5205 million shares (accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement. Shareholder Mr. Zhang Jin plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 961,600 shares (accounting for 0.82% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement. Supervisor Mr. Chen Yu plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 29,200 shares (accounting for 0.02% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
