# Huarui: Received a dividend payment of 50 million yuan from its subsidiary

Huarui announced that the company recently received a cash dividend of 50 million yuan from its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Shengke Switch Co., Ltd. Ningbo Shengke is a wholly-owned subsidiary included in the company's consolidated financial statements, with the company holding 100% of its equity. According to its Articles of Association and the decision made by shareholders, a cash dividend of 50 million yuan will be distributed to the company based on Ningbo Shengke's audited undistributed profits of 232 million yuan as of December 31, 2024. As of the date of this announcement, the company has received the cash dividend of 50 million yuan from Ningbo Shengke. The aforementioned profit distribution will increase the net profit of the parent company in the 2025 fiscal year but will not increase the net profit of the consolidated financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, thus not affecting the overall operating performance of the company in 2025.
