According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TIANMA (000050.SZ) has recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Peng Xuhui. Mr. Peng Xuhui has applied to resign from his positions as a director and chairman of the company's 10th Board of Directors, as well as a member of the Board's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee and Risk Management Committee, due to work adjustments. After his resignation, he will not hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.

The company's Board of Directors has also recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Cheng Wei. Mr. Cheng Wei has applied to resign from his position as General Manager of the company due to work adjustments, but he will continue to serve as a director of the company's 10th Board of Directors, as well as a member of the Board's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee and Risk Management Committee. Mr. Cheng Wei's term as General Manager was originally set to expire on July 7, 2025, and his resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's Board of Directors.
