# The deputy general manager of Humon Share, Liu Yuanhui, has been released on bail pending trial

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Humon Share (002237.SZ) announced that on August 3, 2024, a sudden spillage occurred at the copper outlet of the side-blowing furnace at the company's smelting plant, resulting in casualties among on-site personnel. On August 17, 2024, the company's deputy general manager, Mr. Liu Yuanhui, received a "Decision on Bail Pending Trial" issued by the Muping Branch of the Yantai Public Security Bureau. Due to the investigation required for the aforementioned safety incident, it was decided to place him under bail pending trial, effective from August 17, 2024. Since August 17, 2024, Mr. Liu Yuanhui has been able to perform his duties normally, and this matter has not affected the company's normal operations
