After the completion of this transaction, Fengzhushou's equity in Fengdang Technology will increase from 483 million shares to 690 million shares, with the proportion of total share capital rising from 70% to 100%. Fengzhushou will pay the transaction amount using self-raised funds. This transaction does not involve related party transactions and does not constitute a major asset restructuring
