According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, MEDISAN (002900.SZ) recently received a "Notice of Securities Trading" submitted by Mr. Liang Yanfei, the company's director, vice president, and board secretary, as well as Mr. Zhu Zihong, a director, and Mr. Zhao Zhicheng, the financial director. The aforementioned individuals plan to reduce their holdings in the company by a total of no more than 252,200 shares
