# INNOVER TECH. director Cheng Dier plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 0.01% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, INNOVER TECH. (002767.SZ) announced that the company's director, board secretary, and deputy general manager Ms. Cheng Di'er has issued a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter." Ms. Cheng currently holds 65,937 shares of the company, accounting for 0.04% of the company's total share capital. She plans to reduce her holdings by 16,484 shares, accounting for 0.01% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding on the stock exchange within three months after the announcement date (no reduction during the window period)
