GPTY's subsidiary Xuzhou Titanium Dioxide temporarily suspends production for maintenance

GPTY announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Xuzhou Titanium Dioxide has temporarily suspended production for maintenance due to a decline in product prices and an increase in production costs. During the suspension, Xuzhou Titanium Dioxide will conduct comprehensive maintenance and technical upgrades on its core production equipment, which is expected to last no more than two months. According to the announcement from Jinpu Titanium Industry (000545.SZ), due to a decline in product prices and high production costs, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Xuzhou Titanium White Chemical Co., Ltd. ("Xuzhou Titanium White") has recently chosen to temporarily suspend production.

During the suspension period, Xuzhou Titanium White will conduct comprehensive major repairs on core production equipment based on the characteristics of the production process and the operational cycle of the production facilities, and will carry out technical upgrades on some equipment. This maintenance and technical upgrade is expected to take no more than two months. Adequate preparatory work has been done in advance to ensure that the related work is carried out safely, environmentally friendly, and efficiently
