# Dongcheng Biochem: The Phase III clinical trial of Fluorine [18F] Siretu Injection has completed the enrollment of all subjects

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dongcheng Biochem (002675.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary Yantai Lannacheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("Lannacheng") has recently completed the enrollment of all 488 subjects for the Phase III clinical trial of Fluorine-18 (\[18F\] FAPI) injection.

Fluorine-18 (\[18F\] FAPI) injection is a radioactive in vivo diagnostic drug targeting PSMA, suitable for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positive lesions in the following prostate cancer patients: (1) prostate cancer patients suspected of having metastatic lesions who are to undergo initial radical treatment; (2) prostate cancer patients with elevated serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels suspected of biochemical recurrence.

Fluorine-18 (\[18F\] FAPI) has high specificity and affinity for the PSMA protein, allowing it to highly concentrate in tumors with high PSMA expression, thereby delivering Fluorine-18 (\[18F\]) to the PSMA positive sites in prostate cancer patients, achieving diagnostic purposes using positron emission tomography (PET) imaging technology
