BOE HC SemiTek announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong BOE HC SemiTek, recently received government subsidy funds of RMB 87.8468 million, accounting for 14.37% of the absolute value of the audited net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company for the most recent fiscal year. This government subsidy is in the form of monetary funds, related to income, and has not yet been actually received, but is sustainable. The expected impact on the company's total pre-tax profit for the fiscal year 2025 is RMB 87.8468 million
