JINFEI KAIDA announced that its controlling shareholder, JINFEI Holdings Group Co., Ltd., based on confidence in the company's future development prospects and recognition of its long-term investment value, plans to increase its holdings of the company's stock by no less than RMB 50 million and no more than RMB 100 million within six months starting from December 12, 2024. From December 12, 2024, to June 12, 2025, a total of 11.656 million shares of the company will be repurchased through centralized bidding on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, accounting for 1.94% of the company's total share capital, with a total repurchase amount of RMB 54.9819 million.
