# TRUCHUM: Received a dividend payment of 54.9 million yuan from its holding subsidiary

TRUCHUM announced that its controlling subsidiary, Jiangsu Tianniao High-tech Co., Ltd., has decided to distribute a cash dividend totaling 61 million yuan based on the shareholders' equity ratio. Among them, TRUCHUM holds a 90% stake, receiving a cash dividend of 54.9 million yuan; the remaining shareholders hold a 10% stake, receiving a cash dividend of 6.1 million yuan, with the remaining undistributed profits carried over to the next fiscal year. As of the announcement date, TRUCHUM has received the aforementioned dividend payment of 54.9 million yuan, which will increase the net profit of the parent company's financial statements for the fiscal year 2025, but will not increase the net profit of the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2025
