Huitian New Materials announced that one of the company's controlling shareholders, concerted actor Zhang Feng, will publicly auction 13.9859 million unrestricted circulating shares on "Taobao" from July 18, 2025, to July 21, 2025. This shareholding accounts for 33.39% of the shares held by Zhang Feng and 2.50% of the company's total share capital. If this auction is successful and the transfer registration is completed, Mr. Zhang's shareholding will be reduced to 27.8995 million shares, and his shareholding ratio will decrease to 4.99%
