According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GETO (300986.SZ) announced that it has recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with PREMIUM INFINITE VENTURES INC. (hereinafter referred to as "PIVI"). PIVI intends to purchase construction materials and other new materials from the company. The agreement stipulates a cooperation period of 3 years, with a total intended purchase value of approximately USD 42 million, equivalent to about RMB 302 million (calculated at an exchange rate of approximately 7.18)
