# WAHLAP shareholders Yangyou Management plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 0.83%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, WAHLAP (301011.SZ) announced that its shareholder Suqian Yangyou Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. ("Yangyou Management"), holding 0.83% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.2168 million shares (i.e., no more than 0.83% of the company's total share capital) through block trading and centralized bidding trading methods within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement (from July 7, 2025, to October 6, 2025, excluding the period during which reduction is prohibited by laws and regulations)
