# JD Capital's subsidiary plans to increase its investment in Jiutai Fund by 20.5 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JD Capital (600053.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Kunwu JD Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kunwu JD") intends to increase capital by 60 million yuan in its affiliated company Jiutai Fund, along with the company's indirect controlling shareholder Chuangxin JD Investment Management Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "JD Group") and related party Lhasa Kunwu JD Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lhasa Kunwu"). Among them, Kunwu JD will contribute 20.5 million yuan, JD Group will contribute 19.75 million yuan, and Lhasa Kunwu will contribute 19.75 million yuan. Jiutai Fund's shareholder Huayuan Securities has waived its preferential subscription rights for this proportional capital increase
