# JLY Group: One of the controlling shareholders' concerted actors reduced their holdings by 0.12%

JLY Group announced that Mr. Zheng Zhongzhou, one of the concerted actors of the company's controlling shareholder, has completed his share reduction plan. Starting from February 21, 2025, within three months after fifteen trading days, Mr. Zheng reduced his holdings by 500,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.12% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range was between RMB 15.31/share and RMB 27/share. After the reduction, Mr. Zheng holds 3.5 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.81% of the company's total share capital. The implementation of this reduction plan will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
