HAIMO's actual controller is proposed to be changed to Fan Zhonghua, and trading will resume on June 16

According to the announcement from Haimo Technology (300084.SZ), on June 13, 2025, the company received the "Share Transfer Agreement" signed by its controlling shareholder Shandong New Journey, actual controller Mr. Su Zhancai, and shareholders holding more than 5% Mr. Dou Jianwen and Mr. Fan Zhonghua. The controlling shareholder Shandong New Journey intends to transfer 20 million shares (accounting for 3.92% of the company's total share capital) to Mr. Fan Zhonghua; actual controller Mr. Su Zhancai intends to transfer 1.0642 million shares (accounting for 0.21% of the company's total share capital) to Mr. Fan Zhonghua; and shareholder Mr. Dou Jianwen intends to transfer 4.4609 million shares (accounting for 0.87% of the company's total share capital) to Mr. Fan Zhonghua. The total number of shares involved is 25.525 million shares (accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital), with a transfer price of 7.9 yuan per share, totaling 201.6 million yuan (including tax).

At the same time, the controlling shareholder Shandong New Journey intends to entrust the voting rights of its remaining 114 million shares (accounting for 22.39% of the company's total share capital) to Mr. Fan Zhonghua, and actual controller Mr. Su Zhancai intends to entrust the voting rights of his remaining 3.1863 million shares (accounting for 0.62% of the company's total share capital) to Mr. Fan Zhonghua. After this equity change is completed, Mr. Fan Zhonghua will hold 28.02% of the voting rights, and the company's controlling shareholder will change from Shandong New Journey to Mr. Fan Zhonghua, while the actual controller will change from Mr. Su Zhancai to Mr. Fan Zhonghua.

After the company applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, its stock will resume trading on June 16, 2025 (Monday) at the opening of the market
