# SENSSUN: First repurchase of company shares, 98,600 shares

SENSSUN announced that on June 16, 2025, the company first repurchased 98,600 shares through a dedicated securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, with a total repurchase amount of 3.017 million yuan. The repurchased shares account for 0.075% of the company's current total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 30.72 yuan/share and a lowest transaction price of 30.52 yuan/share. The company plans to use no less than 60 million yuan and no more than 120 million yuan of its own funds and/or special loans for stock repurchase, with a repurchase price not exceeding 35 yuan/share, for the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive plan, with a repurchase period of 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors
