# RADICAL plans to indirectly acquire a 20% stake in Northern Machinery to strengthen its technological reserves

According to the announcement from RADICAL (300652.SZ), the company signed the "Partnership Agreement of Rizhao Yiqing Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)" and the "Fund Share Transfer Agreement" with the partner of Rizhao Yiqing Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) on June 16, 2025. The company used its own funds of 40 million yuan to acquire 30 million yuan of partnership property shares held by limited partner Ding Ning (actual capital contribution of 30 million yuan). After the transfer of partnership property shares is completed, the company will become one of the limited partners of Rizhao Yiqing, and after the investment, the company's contribution will account for 30.00% of the total contribution of the partnership. By holding shares in the partnership, the company will indirectly hold 20% equity interest in Qishan Northern Machinery Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Northern Machinery").

The announcement stated that this investment aims to deeply integrate the resource advantages and management capabilities of professional investment institutions, through industrial funds to acquire high-quality targets with core technologies, focusing on strengthening the technological reserves of key components such as robotic joint modules
