# HongliZhihui: The controlling shareholder has obtained a special loan for stock increase of no more than 45 million yuan

HongliZhihui announced on the evening of June 16 that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder Sichuan Jinduo. Sichuan Jinduo has obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by the Bank of China Sichuan Branch, which agrees to provide a special loan for stock purchases of up to 45 million yuan to support Sichuan Jinduo's investment in increasing its shareholding in the company. The loan term is 3 years, and the validity period of the "Loan Commitment Letter" is 1 year from the date of issuance
