SPRIXIN: Plans to subscribe for an additional registered capital of 62.5 million yuan in Tibet Dongrun

SPRIXIN announced that the company will hold the 14th meeting of the third board of directors and the 14th meeting of the third supervisory board on June 16, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on external investment and signing of the investment agreement. According to the investment agreement, SPRIXIN will subscribe to the newly increased registered capital of Tibet Dongrun Digital Energy Co., Ltd. with its own funds of 62.5 million yuan, and after the investment is completed, it will hold 20% of the equity of Tibet Dongrun. As of the date of this announcement, SPRIXIN has paid an investment deposit of 20 million yuan to Tibet Dongrun and has completed a simplified due diligence on Tibet Dongrun and the entities within its consolidated financial statements. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset reorganization as defined by the Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies
