According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sunwave (002115.SZ) announced that Mr. Li Weiyi, a director, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 32,900 shares through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for 0.0041% of the company's total share capital
